These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the soju8 platform, including all games, betting services, promotions, and account features. Please read this document carefully before creating an account or placing any wager. By registering with soju8, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms in full.

You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia to create a soju8 account. Accounts opened by underage individuals or residents of excluded jurisdictions will be suspended and any funds returned at soju8's discretion.
Each player is permitted to hold exactly one soju8 account. Duplicate accounts — whether intentional or accidental — are subject to immediate closure, and balances in duplicate accounts may be forfeited. Contact support immediately if you suspect a duplicate has been created.
All promotional bonuses and free bets issued by soju8 are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. Requirements, eligible games, time limits, and minimum odds are specified in the individual promotion terms. Read them before claiming any offer.
Any attempt to exploit technical errors, abuse bonus structures, engage in match-fixing, use automated betting software, or launder funds through the platform will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances. soju8 reserves the right to pursue legal remedies where applicable.
soju8 processes all transactions in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Deposits and withdrawals are available via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI, Bank Permata, and major e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply.
All soju8 players have access to deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion — all manageable directly from the account dashboard. soju8 is committed to player welfare. Adults only — 21+ required on all products.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must not access or use the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended version.
To register for and use a soju8 Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:
soju8 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by soju8 may result in Account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending review.
To access the full range of soju8 services, you must complete the account registration process at soju8 Login. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update that information promptly if it changes.
You must provide a valid and unique email address, a secure password, your full legal name, date of birth, and an active Indonesian mobile phone number. All information submitted must match your official identity documents. soju8 is not responsible for Account access issues arising from inaccurate registration data.
Each individual may hold only one active soju8 Account. If soju8 identifies multiple Accounts linked to the same individual — whether by shared device, shared payment method, shared IP address, matching personal details, or any other indicator — soju8 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close all associated Accounts and to void any pending bets or bonuses held therein.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. soju8 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your Account where you have failed to maintain adequate security. Notify soju8 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your Account.
soju8 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in order to confirm player identity, prevent fraud, and comply with applicable international anti-money laundering (AML) standards. KYC verification may be triggered at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or at any time soju8 deems appropriate.
You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:
Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is complete. soju8 aims to complete KYC reviews within 2–5 business days of receiving all required documentation. Withdrawals may be held pending verification without this constituting a breach of these Terms by soju8.
soju8 accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per method and are displayed at the point of transaction. soju8 does not charge a platform fee on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer fees.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. Withdrawals to a different method require prior verification. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier. soju8 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 15 minutes to 24 hours, subject to KYC status, payment provider processing times, and banking hours. Withdrawals will not be processed until all applicable Wagering Requirements have been satisfied.
All soju8 Accounts are denominated in IDR. soju8 does not apply a currency conversion spread. If you attempt to transact from a non-IDR payment method, your bank or e-wallet provider will apply their own conversion rate, which is outside soju8's control.
soju8 reserves the right to decline or delay any deposit or withdrawal that triggers an automated compliance alert, is suspected to be associated with fraudulent activity, or relates to an Account whose KYC verification is incomplete. In such cases, soju8 will notify you and request any additional documentation required to resolve the matter.
soju8 offers a range of promotional bonuses including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Imlek, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), and Nyepi. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be published on the promotion page. The general conditions below apply to all promotions unless the specific promotion terms expressly state otherwise.
All bets placed on the soju8 sportsbook are subject to the applicable sport-specific and market-specific rules published within the sportsbook interface. A bet or game round is not confirmed until acknowledged by the soju8 system and a bet reference number is issued. soju8 is not liable for bets that fail to register due to network interruptions or device issues on the player's side. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any soju8 content without prior written consent from soju8.
soju8 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By creating an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
soju8 uses industry-standard 256-bit TLS encryption to protect data in transit. Player funds are held in segregated accounts separate from soju8's operational funds. soju8 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared with licensed payment processors, KYC verification partners, and fraud prevention services solely to the extent necessary to operate the Platform and comply with legal obligations.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, soju8 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Platform, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, or system failures.
soju8's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that Player in the 12-month period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
soju8 does not guarantee the continuous, uninterrupted availability of the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance windows, third-party service outages, and Force Majeure events may result in temporary unavailability. soju8 will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned downtime where practicable.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting soju8 customer support. Upon Account closure, any remaining real-money Balance (after deduction of any pending Wagering Requirement obligations) will be returned to your registered payment method. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon voluntary Account closure.
soju8 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, if soju8 determines that: (a) these Terms & Conditions have been breached; (b) the Account holder does not meet or no longer meets the eligibility criteria in Clause 03; (c) the Account is associated with fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity; (d) continued operation of the Account presents a compliance or reputational risk to soju8. In cases of termination for cause, soju8 may withhold all or part of the Account Balance pending investigation.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which soju8 holds its international gaming license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the soju8 complaint process shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognized international arbitration institution, conducted in English.
Nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of Indonesia. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
soju8 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, soju8 will notify registered Players via the email address on file and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform no fewer than 7 days before the amended Terms take effect, unless immediate amendment is required for legal or security reasons.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure before the effective date.
